My rack pulls for the next exercise  VigRX Plus   so pull-ups are something I've been incorporating a little bit more now because I find they're like a skill exercise and no matter how many pull downs you do it did not translate over to pull-ups pull-ups just like the og back workout it's a really good way to kind of build my muscle connection as well and I neglected them for a long time because I just like pulldown so I've been trying .
