The event, which will feature two divisions, an Xbox and PlayStation division, will be held online on the weekend of 2K22 MT November 7-11 and Nov. 14-15. The final stage, featuring an Elite 8 in each division, will take place on the weekend between November 21-22. It will stream live via TGS' Twitch channel. TGS will run the tournament by providing professional level production and tournament management to the tournament.

In addition to the scholarships as well as the scholarships, a percentage of proceeds from the event will go to three nonprofits, including Cxmmunity, which focuses on promoting the participation of minorities games like esports.
