Real Madrid are reportedly preparing to sell up to nine players during the upcoming transfer window. Massive sales made because Los Blancos want to overhaul their squad.

The departures of Gareth Bale, Marcelo and Isco have all been confirmed after a long spell with the Spanish club. They all want to continue their next career elsewhere.

However, there may be up to six more players who will leave the European champions. According to Marca, Carlo Ancelotti wants to refresh his options ahead of next season.

Dani Ceballos, Marco Asensio, Luka Jovic, Mariano Diaz, Jesus Vallejo and Andriy Lunin are the players in question at the moment. Because none of them are guaranteed minutes to play for the first team next season.

Ceballos and Asensio will have the option to decide what they want to do this summer, although they will be informed that available game time is limited.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, have started signing new players as well after the signing of former Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger was officially announced.

Meanwhile, Marco Asensio's career is at a crossroads. His mind branched after his agent, Jorge Mendes reportedly offered his name to Manchester United.

On the one hand, Asensio still enjoys playing at Real Madrid and his new contract expires in 2023. However, the offer to play in a new team in the same class as MU is also difficult to refuse.

"I have one more year on my contract, but here we are talking about me leaving Real Madrid. This is an important moment for me, I will not deny it," he told AS.

Asensio has played for Real Madrid since 2014. But this season, his performance had slumped after often absent due to injury. As reported by, last season, Asensio played 31 games for Real Madrid and scored 10 goals in all competitions. He also appeared eight times in Los Blancos' journey to the Champions League title in the 2021/2022 season.
